n Cut cabbage into fine long shreddings. wash under running water and put it in a colander. later put it in a wide basin and add salt to it. Keep aside for some time. Then add gram flour,rice flour,chilli powder,cut coriander leaves and salt to it. Heat oil in a kadai, add these slowly as pakodas into it.Deep fry till brown in colour. Strain on a tissue paper. Serve with tea or asan accomaniment.n
