It can be made very easily at home.

Ingredients

Rice:500 grams

bay leaf: 3 nos

cinnamon:2 nos

lavang: 4nos

sajeera:5 grams

elachi:3 nos

onion: 2nos

oil or ghee: 20 ml or 20 grams

water: 1:2 proportion

salt: to taste

Lemon:1 nos

ginger garlic : 20 grams

mint leaves: 1/2 bunch

fresh coriander leaves: 1/2 bunch

Cooking Procedure

n n Wash the rice and soak it for around for 5 min.n n Slice the onion and heat the oil and put onion ,whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste.n n Then add the rice in it and mix the rice for some time with  all the ingredients add in to it.n n  Add the measured water in to  the rice with the given ratio.n n Add salt to taste.n n keep on steering the rice and  keep the flame low when the  water is  being soakedwith the rice.nnn  n
