Ingredients

Fresh Grouper fillet 180 gm

Olive oil 50 ml

Seasoning to test

Cauliflower 250 gm

Fresh cream 50 ml

Garlic 2 clove

Parsly chop 20gm

Parsley chop 20gm

Vegetable stock 200 ml

Potato 1 mediam size

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Method:-  nn            Take fillet of grouper season with salt & white pepper  make hot pan add a olive oil and garlic and fry the fish make a nice colour take it out ,put it on the oven plate and bake it for  until it cook well,nn This side take potato pill it and cut it slice boil the water with salt and boil the slice potato in a 85% stain it, and take fry pan put the olive oil add the slice potatoand sauted it add seasoning and parsly.nn For the Cauliflower pureenn Take fresh couliflour wash it nicely and cut it o small peaces and boil it with a salty water until it cook, add  the cooking cream and seasoning , take it out and make it cold for some time and blind it on mixer make fine smouth creamy pest , put it agan on the pan make it right consedency.nn Plattingnn Take a plate por the sauce on the  plate put the slice potato on the sauce, add the fish top of the slice potato. For a garnish put fresh dill leaf. n
