Ingredients

Potato = 100gm

Cream = 50ml

Onion = 10gm

Garlic = 1 clove

Butter = 05gm

Seasoning = to test

Vegetable Stock Water = 150ml

Milk = 500ml

Cooking Procedure

n 1) Peal the Potatoes and wash them nicely and cut in dise size.nn 2) Saute them with choped onion, garlic, Olive oil, until light golden colour comes.nn 3) Add the stock water also and milk at the same time, cook them until potato is well cook.nn 4) Turn off the heat and let it cool. Make smooth paste of it in the mixer.nn 5) Put back on a sauce pan and add the seasoning, fresh cream. Heat until the soup comes to boil.n
