Ingredients

Jumbo Prawns ( Headless ) -- 200 Gms

Lemon -- 2 Nos

Ginger Garlic Paste -- 35 Gms

Hung Curd -- 30 Gms

Chat Masala -- 15 Gms

Kashmiri Chilly Powder -- 10 Gms

Yellow Chilly Powder -- 10 Gms

Salt -- To Taste

Saffron -- Few

Onion -- 20 Gms

Coriander Leaves -- 5 Gms

Oil -- 5 Ml

Milk -- 10 Ml

Cooking Procedure

n Devain & wash prawns and keep aside. Smear little salt & lemon juice andgingergrlic paste leave it for about 10 Min. Take a bowl , put hung curd, salt , kashmiri chilly powder & chat masala and mix well. Now place the pre marinated prawns in this mixture and keep aside for about 30 Min. nn Place the Safaron strings in luke warm milk and let it stand for about 10 - 15 Min. Smear few on the marinated prawns .nn Place the marinated prawns on a skewer and put in tandoor till done .nn Now take it out and place on a plate, garnish with the soaked safaron strings and smear little chat masala on the top , chop coriander leaves and sprinkle over it and serve hot with any house dip.nn  n
