Ingredients

Boneless Fish 200 Gms

Ginger - Garlic Paste 25 Gms

Lemon 1 Num

Garam Masala Powder 10 Gms

Besan 15 Gms

Curry Leaves Few

Red Chilli Powder 10 Gms

Salt to taste

Coriander sprig Few

Fried Dry red chilli 1 Num

Oil 100 Gms

Onion 1 Num

Cooking Procedure

n n Clean,wash and cut fish into cubes.n n Marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice.n n Now add garam masala powder and gram flour to it & keep aside for about half an hour.n n Now take a pan heat it add oil and then add the marinated fish and cook till well done.n n Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedge & coriander sprig.n n Eat Hot & Freshhhhhhhhhh.nn
