Ingredients

150 grams Boiled Noodles

10 grams Julienne Capsicum

10 grams Julienne Carrot

10 grams Julienne Onion

10 grams Julienne Cabbage

5 grams Chopped Ginger

1/2 Tea Spoon Soya Sauce

1/2 Tea Spoon Chilli Paste

1/2 Tea Spoon Schezwan Pepper

Pinch Ajinomotto / Sugar

20 ml Oil

Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure

n n Heal Oil in a Wok and Saute Onion, Ginger in it.n n Add Capsicum, Carrot to it and saute again.n n Add Chilli paste, mix well and add Noodles.n n Toss the noodles well with Pepper, Soya Sauce Seasoningn n Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.nn
