n n Marinate the Lamb Chops with W Sauce, Mustard, Chopped Garlic, Crushed Pepper, Salt and herbs for 1-2 hours.n n Grill the marinated chops both the sides for 8-10 minutes.n n Add Brown Sauce in a Sauce Pan along with some stock (extract of boiled vegetables), grilled Lamb Chops, seasoning (rosemary, butter, salt & crushed pepper) and cook until the meat is well cooked. Keep the cooked meat aside.n n Boil the vegetables & sliced potatoes separately and keep them aside.n n Saute the exotic boiled vegetable in butter and with seasoning.n n Saute the Potato, season it and place in a plate.n n Arrange the potatoes, exotic vegetables, cherry tomatoes in the serving plate along with the cooked Lamb chops.n n Garnish with finely chopped peppers. nn
