Ingredients

800 gms Chicken

2 Black Cardamom

2 Chopped Coriander Leaves

2 Cinnamon Sticks

2 Cloves & Green Cardamoms Each

1/2 tsp Cumin and Coriander Powder

2 tbsp each Garlic & Ginger Paste

2 Cups Basmati (Flavored) Rice

2 Green Chili

1 Staranis

1 tbsp Lime Juice

2 Large Onions sliced & Fried

6 Pepper Corns

1/2 tsp Saffron Color

Salt to Taste

Turmeric to Taste

2 Cups Yogurt

Bunch of Mint Leaves

1 tsp Cumin

Chili Powder to Taste

2 tsp Coriander Powder

2 tsp Garam Masala

3 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

n n Take Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Mint, Yougurt, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Pepper Corns, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Turmuric, Salt, Coriander Powder and Whole Garam Masala dry, Fried onion and add Oil in a bowl and mix well.n n Add water,salt in a bowl and bring to boil before adding rice, once the rice is half cooked drain the wate.n n Now in a biryani bowl add marinated chicken and spread at the bottom. Then add half cooked rice, mint leaves, onion fried, saffron color and close it with the lid and cook for 30min on medium heat.nnn Goes well with Mirchi ka Salan n
