Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts

1 Cup of Boiled Rice

1 Table Spoon Butter

Pinch of Dry Thyme

3 Mushrooms

4 Florets of Braccoli

1 Medium Carrot

2 Whole Baby Corn

2 Beans

2-3 Florets of Cauliflower

2 Layers Cabbage Bed

50gms French Fries

2 Tea Spoons W Sauce (Worcestershire Sauce)

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Garlic

2 Table Spoon Oil

Salt & Pepper to Taste

150ml Brown Sauce

Pinch of White Pepper

Cooking Procedure

n Chicken Marination & Grillingnn n Marinate Chicken Breasts with W Sauce, Salt & Pepper, Thyme, Chopped Garlic, Fresh Oil.n n Keep it aside for 1-2 hoursn n Grill the Marinated Chicken for 4-5 minutes and take off the grill.n n Take a sauce pan, add brown sauce, seasoning (salt, pepper, thyme, butter for glazing) and mix well.n n Add grilled Chicken to the sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes.nnn Platingnn n Arrange a cabbage bed on the plate.n n Season the Boiled Rice and arrange it to a side on the cabbage bed. Use a mold to make it look good.n n Fry the French Fries and keep them next to the Boiled Rice.n n Cut the exotic vegetables and saute in a pan seasoning with white pepper, salt & butter.n n Keep the vegetables on the other side of boiled rice on cabbage bed.n n Take out the cooked grilled chicken and place it in middle of the plate.n n Heat the sizzler plate on high flame and place it on the wooden plate.n n Trasnfer the cabbage bed gently from the plate to the sizzling hot plate.n n Add some butter under the cabbage bed on sizzling plate for the sizzling fog.n n Sizzler is now ready to be served.nnn  n
