n METHOD: nn 1. In a bowl add the curd and besan. nn 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and garam masala powder. Mix everything well to make a smooth marinate. nn 3. Add in the veggies and the paneer cubes and coat them nicely with the marinate. Let it rest for 30 mins in the refrigerator. nn 4. In a pan take some oil and add the marinated paneer cubes and the veggies.nn 5. Cook them for 3 mins on each side. nn 6. Flip them very gently and again cook them for 3 mins. nn 7. Once done take them out on a plate. nn 8. In a separate pan heat some oil on medium flame and add the whole garam masala. Let the release their aroma in the oil. Take care not to burn them. Now take them out in a bowl. nn 9. Now add the onion paste and fry it until it becomes golden in color. nn 10. At this point add the ginger-garlic paste and fry it until the raw flavor is gone. nn 11. Now add the tomato puree and cook it until the oil is separated. nn 12. Add the powdered spices like salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and coriander powder. Now mix everything well. nn 13. Add water and let the gravy simmer on medium heat for 8-10 mins. nn 14. Take off the lid and add the fried paneer, capsicum and onion cubes. Coat them well with the prepared gravy and again cook for 5 mins on medium flame. nn 15. Finally add kasuri methi, garam masala powder and green chili. Cook for a minute and then switch off the flame. nn 16. Take out the Paneer Tikka Masala in a serving bowl and garnish with green chili and coriander leaves. Enjoy!!n
