Vegetable Hakka noodles are also more commonly known as Vegetable Chow mein. This is a popular Indo – Chinese dish. Boiled noodles are tossed with garlic, onion, vegetables, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce and pepper powder, the vegetables can be of your choice, here i have used french beans, spring onion, cabbage. A quick and easy to make, a perfect dish to prepare as a snack or main course or to prepare on great parties.

Ingredients

Noodles – 1 pack (cooked )

Onion – 2 medium chopped

Garlic – 2 tsp chopped or ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp

French beans – 1 cup chopped

Spring onion – 1 cup chopped

Cabbage – 1 cup chopped

Soy sauce – 1 tsp

Chili sauce – 1 tsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Ajinamoto – 1/4 tsp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp (adjust to your taste)

Salt

Oil

Cooking Procedure

n Heat enough water in a pan with salt and a few drops of oil, till it comes to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the instructions given on the pack of noodles. Rinse the noodles in running water, Drain and  keep aside.nn Chop all the vegetables and keep all the ingredients ready to start. Heat a wide pan by adding oil in it, when it is hot add chopped garlic or ginger garlic paste, saute, add chopped onion fry until it turns to golden brown in colour.nn Add all the vegetables into it,nn Stir fry all the veggies on a high flame till the veggies are translucent.nn Add cooked noodles into, add salt, ajinamoto, add sauce, vinegar toss it well.nn Finally add pepper powder, some more chopped spring onion, toss once again.nn Hakka noodles is ready to Enjoy with tomato sauce or with your favorite sauce.n
