Ingredients

Jeera samba rice – 1 1/2 cup

Bay leaf – 1 or 2 no’s

Cinnamon – 4 no’s

Star anise – 2 no’s

Cloves – 5 no’s

Cardamom – 4 no’s

Cashew nut – 2 tbs

Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp

Coconut milk - 2 cup

Ghee – 2 to 3 tbs

Salt to taste
