About Recipe

While I love scouring the charity shops, visiting landmarks, and taking walks in the nearby woods, one of my favorite things to do during my UK visits is cook. Not only are the robust local food markets just begging to be picked over, but my brother and his wife have a beautiful kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop and dual convection ovens (how could I resist?!). Plus, I just love cooking for large groups, especially family – the gift of a well-cooked meal is always well-received.
