Pat dry with paper towels.nn Rub olive oil over entire bird and salt and pepper well.nn Grill 13 minutes per pound if stuffed, 11 minutes per pound if unstuffednn Use your meat thermometer and grill until it reaches 175 when thermometer is inserted into the deepest part of the breast or thigh, not touching the bone.nn Let rest a minimum of 30 minutes.n
