This Pineapple sheera recipe is an Indian dessert that you can make in no time! It has a very distinct flavour of fresh fruits with the enhanced flavour of pineapple and the consistency of this Rava Kesari recipe is simply perfect!

Ingredients

1 cup of Rava/semolina

2.5 cups of water

1.5 cups of sugar

2 tablespoon of ghee

Cooking Procedure

Heat ghee in a deep pot, add cashews and raisins. Fry them to a nice golden colour.

Add water, salt and food colour. Bring to boil.

Slowly add semolina/rava stirring on the other hand
