I’m relatively stubborn when it comes to trying new foods. So, when I started hearing a ton about kale and its health benefits, I ignored it for the longest time. But then, everywhere I looked it was all about the kale, kale, kale. KALE!
Ingredients

olive oil
miso paste
lemon juice
garlic, minced
nutritional yeast
salt
black pepper
whole wheat {or regular} bow tie noodles
container of cherry tomatoes, halved
parmesan cheese for garnish
