Ingredients
4 plum tomatoes
1 white onion
12 cilantro sprigs
2 serrano chiles
1 Mexican lime
Sea salt to taste
Cooking Procedure
n n Seed the tomatoes.n n Seed the serrano chiles.n n Remove the cilantro leaves and discard the stems.n n Finely chop the tomatoes.n n Finely chop the onion.n n Mince the serrano chile.n n Mince the cilantro leaves.n n Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl.n n Sprinkle with the juice of one lime.n n Add sea salt to taste.n n Gently mix until the ingredients are evenly dispersed.n n Serve immediately.nn
