Ingredients
8 very thinly sliced pork chops, about 2 pounds
2 cups salsa verde
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Cooking Procedure
n n Trim most of the fat off the chopsn n Heat a frying pan very hotn n Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oiln n Brown the pork chops on both sidesn n Set the browned pork chops asiden n Once you have browned all of the meat add ½ of the salsa verde to your frying pann n Add all of the pork chops to the pann n Pour the remaining salsa over the pork chopsn n Turn the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the salsa has noticeably reduced.nn
