I’VE ADAPTED THE CLASSIC CHINESE STIR FRY BY ADDING THE SLOW COOKING PROCESS OF SOUS VIDE. THE BEEF WILL MELT IN YOUR MOUTH ONLY TO BE COMPLIMENTEDBY THE CRUNCH PEPPERS AND ONION IN A TANGY, SALTY STIR FRY SAUCE.
