About Recipe

Cookies look like mushrooms. Melt in the mouth light biscuits with potato flour. Cookies are the best on the second day after baking.

Ingredients

150 g butter or vegetable substitute

1 egg

1 cup potato flour

5 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup cornstarch (or. potato flour)

3 tablespoons of any gluten-free flour (ex. BMM recipe here)

¾ teaspoon baking soda (gluten-free)

Cooking Procedure

n All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix butter with powdered sugar on a fluffy, bright mass. Add the egg – continue mixes.nn Baking pan lined with paper baking. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.n
