Light cream puffs with whipped cream

Ingredients

100 ml of milk (you can use vegetable)

150 ml of water

100 g butter (you can use vegetable)

150 g flour gluten-free (mixture of rice flour, potato and tapioca)

4 eggs

Cooking Procedure

n Milk, butter and water result in a pot to boil. Then add sifted flour and stir vigorously to form a solid mass. Cook (minute) until the dough will move away from the pot.nn Put dough into a bowl, add the eggs and mix. Cake left to cool for 30 minutes. Metal plate lined with paper baking. Preheat oven to 220 degrees F. Put on the bottom of the oven – dish with water.nn Put dough into piping bag, squeeze round puffs – you can also impose a spoon. Puffs should be about 5 – 6 cm (we can already draw circles). Puffs bake about 25 -30 minutes (brown). Let cool them first on a baking tray and then put it on the grid.
