Seasonal fruits under oat – coconut – peanut crumble, perfect summer dessert.

Ingredients

1/3 cup coconut flour

1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)

¼ cup coconut oil

½ cup coconut flakes

1/3 cup chopped pecan nuts

Cooking Procedure

n All the ingredients for the crumble put into a bowl and knead a dough. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Washed blackberries to add starch and sugar, stir.nn Baking dishes to fill up to ¾ height of fruit.We sprinkle top of previously prepared crumble. Crumble bake for about 25 – 35 minutes until golden brown.nn Dessert can be eaten warm (eg. with ice cream) or cold.n
