Crinkle cookies – The best chocolate cookies for Christmas. Crispy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. Gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup flour

3 tbsp cocoa unsweetened (gluten free)

½ tsp baking powder

1 cup sugar

¼ cup vegetable oil (if use coconut oil melted first)

2 large eggs

60 g of dark chocolate, melted

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sifted icing sugar for rolling cookies

Cooking Procedure

n In the bowl put sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add sugar, oil, eggs, extract and chocolate. Mix together, you can use spatula.nn Put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Lined baking pan with baking paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175C). From the dough form the balls, roll in icing sugar and put on the baking paper with widely space between.nn Bake cookies about 10 – 12 minutes, cool them in the pan. Cookies can be stored even more than a week in box (their structure does not change).n
