Aromatic gingerbread cookies at the beginning crispy, after a few days soft. Christmas cookies with glasses.

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free flour

3 tbsp honey

¾ cup icing sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp of ginger spice

2 tbsp butter or coconut oil

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

Cooking Procedure

n Melt the fat in a pot with honey and spice. Sift the flour to bowl with sugar and baking soda. Add egg, milk, cocoa and cooled down fat. Mix together, then knead – the dough should be elastic.nn Put the dough in fridge for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175C). On a sheet of baking paper roll part of the dough to a thickness of 2 mm, punching favorite shapes. Take off remaining dough and again roll on another sheet of paper.nn If you make cookies with stained glass to cut holes put ½ hard candy. This kind of cookies bake 6 -7 minutes (until hard candy dissolve the entire surface).  This cookies take off from the paper until completely cooled down.nn Normal gingerbread cookies bake about 8 – 9 minutes.nn Ginger cookies can be stored on a sealed container and decorate just before Christmas. Frosting prepare by mixing the ingredients with egg whites. Put frosting in pipping bag and decorate cookies.nn Ginger cookies can be stored for several weeks.n
