An imitation of the oh so famous sweet potato pie that everyone loves during Thanksgiving. This time it´s in a dip! This recipe is super easy to make and tastes amazing!

Ingredients

1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato

1/4 cup full cream

1/4 cup sweetened maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

whole pecans

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

Cooking Procedure

n Add all the ingredients together but the last 3 and mix well together.nn Now add the remaining ingredients and place under the broiler until the butter starts boiling and the pecans have toasted.nn Serve immediately with your favorite cookie. Gingersnaps go very well with this recipe.n
