Ingredients

1 cup Soya granules.

1/2 Bread crumbs.

1 cup myda.

4tsps Corn flour.

one small onion,finely chopped.

2 or 3 green chillies,finely chopped.

1 carrot, grated.

1tsp pepper.

Coriander and curry leaves,finely chopped.

Salt.

Oil for deep fry.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Add soya granules to boiling water and let them boil for 5 mins.nn 2. Drain and wash with cold water and squeeze them.nn 3. Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.nn 4. Make it like chapathi dough adding little water.nn 5. Apply oil to the palms and make them into desired shape.nn 6. spread some bread crumbs on a plate.nn 7. Roll the bullets in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil till they turn nice colour.nn 8. Serve hot with tomato or hot sauce.nn  n
