Ingredients

1/2cup ragi flour.

8 cashewnuts

8 almonds.

12 pistachios.

4tsp raisins.

4 dates (dry or ripe).

jaggery/honey as needed.it approximately takes 4tsp.

8 walnuts.

1/2cup milk.

Cooking Procedure

n 1.Soak almonds,pistachios in hot water for 5 mins and peel the skin.nn 2.ground all the nuts to fine powder.nn 3.chop raisins and dates  very finely,if u take dry dates,soak them in hot water and  make paste.nn 4.mix ragi flour with water without any lumps.nn 5.Heat about 4cups water in a thick bottom vessel.nn 6.When the water starts boiling,add ragi paste to water,stirring continuously.nn 7.Add chopped raisins,dates and cashew almond powder.nn 8.Cook on medium heat.it takes around 8 to 10 min to cook.nn 9.once it gets thickened,take off the heat.nn 10.Add jaggery or honey as per your taste.Add warm milk and mix well.nn 11.The amount of water is not fixed,u can change it according to the consistancy u need.nn 12.If the consistancy is thick,it will be easy to feed children.n
