n 1.Wash Raddishes,cut and remove the edges and slice them into circles.nn 2.Heat oil in a pan.add cumin,mustard seeds..nn 3.After they crackle,add red chilly ,curry leaves and crushed garlic and saute.nn 4.Add onion pieces and fry till they are done.nn 5.Add raddish ,turmeric ,salt cover and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.nn 6.After they are almost done add chilli powder,coconut powder,sambar powder and amchur powder,stirr well.nn 7.Finally add gharam masala.this is optional,you can avoid if u dont want too spicy.nn 8.If u dont have amchur,sprinkle lime juice after u turn off the flame.nn 9.Serve with sambar rice or rasam rice.n
