n 1. In a large bowl, mix myda and wheat flour, add salt and mix like chapathi dough by adding water slowly.nn 2. Apply oil and keep aside for 15 minutes.nn 3.Instead of mixing two flours,it can be prepared with myda, but i liked the texture this way and minimising use of myda is good for health.nn 4.Pressure cook or boil chanadal till they are soft.nn 5.Mash chanadal ,add coconut powder ,cardamom powder and grated jaggery,nn 6.Heat a non stick pan and add 2 tbsp of ghee and add the above mixture and mix well on low heat.nn 7.It becomes thick, let it cool down and make medium sized balls.nn 8.Divide dough into slightly large sized balls than the stuffing.pat them into small pooris.nn 9.Keep stuffing in the centre and close from all sides, gently press with palm and slowly roll them just like u do for parathas.nn 10. Heat a griddle and place the poli on it and cook on medium heat  till it is spotted, brush with ghee or oil.flip and cook on the other side too.n
