Ingredients

1 cauliflower,medium sized,cut into florets.

2 cups myda/all purpose flour.

1/2 cup corn starch.

salt to taste.

2tsp pepper powder.

2tsp chopped ginger.

2tsp chopped garlic.

2tbsp chopped green onions/spring onions.

1tsp ginger garlic paste.

2tbsp soy sauce

3-4 tbs tomatoe sauce and red sweet chilli sauce.

1/4 tsp sugar.

1/4tsp cumin seeds .

3 green chillies ,verticaly sliced.

1/2cup onions,cut into cubes.

1 capsicum .

oil for deep fry.

Cooking Procedure

1. Mix myda,cornstarch with water and make a thin paste like bajji batter.2. Add salt,pepper(1tsp),ginger garlic paste,few ginger and spring onion pieces and few drops of soy sauce.3 Heat oil on medium high flame.dip prewashed cauliflower florets in batter and fry in oil till they get golden brown colour.For sauce:1. Add 2 tbsp oil in a fresh pan. add cumin seeds.2. Add chopped ginger,garlic,onions and fry them.3. After a min add green chillies,capsicum,spring onions,cover and cook for 5mins on low flame.4. Add the sauces,pepper and sugar,check the taste and add reqired amount of salt.5. Add the fried gobi and mix well with the sauces.6. If it looks dry add little more sauces.
