Ingredients

1/2kg boneless chicken.

1cup yogurt/curd.

2tsp chilli powder.

1tsp ginger garlic paste.

1/2tsp turmeric.

1tsp salt.

1tsp corinader powder.

1tsp dry fenugreek leaves powder.

2tsp oil.

2tsp lime juice.

1/2tsp gharam masala.

1/4tsp cardamom powder.

Cooking Procedure

n 1.Clean and cut chicken into 1inch cubes.absorb any excess moisture with a paper towel.nn 2.Add all the ingrediants to a big bowl and prepare a marinade.nn 3.add cut chicken pieces and mix well.keep this in refrigerator for atleast 2 hrs.nn 4.Meanwhile, soak the skewers in cold water for 30 min.nn 5.Remove the chicken fron fridge and thread the skewers with chicken pieces.if u like add some capsicum and onion pieces in between chicken pieces.nn 6.arrange them on a oven tray.nn 7.set the oven temperature to max.(500 F).nn 8.keep the tray in the oven,it vl approximately take 25 to 30min.nn 9.After 15min just check and turn the skewers.nn 10.Once it is done,take out the tray,let it cool down,and use a fork and slowly pull out the pieces.nn  n
