Countryside inspired Farmer’s Market Breakfast; this super healthy low calorie meal is a great choice for those looking to add a lot of nutrition to their morning breakfast in a deliciously warming countryside style!


2 cups okra, sliced

2 eggs

½ cup water

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

½ tbsp butter

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 tsp olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Procedure


n n Wash the okra, cut both ends off and slice into thin roundsn n Heat the water in a small frying pan and add the okra, onion, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for 10 minsn n Add the butter and cherry tomatoes, cook for 3 minutesn n Add the eggs, lower the temp to medium low and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are donenn
