n n In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix slightly.n n Next, cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.n n Stir in half & half and combine until just combined.n n Fold in the chips.n n Turn onto a lightly floured surface.n n Knead gently 8-10 times or until dough is barely sticky.n n Gently pat dough into circle. I use my hands.n n Place the scone mixture on a Silpan mat or a baking tray with cooking spray.n n Cut the circle into six wedges but do not move apart.n n Bake at 425° for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned.n n Serve and enjoy!nn
