Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice

ΒΌ cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 (15 oz) can black refried beans

2 avocados, thinly sliced

Cooking Procedure

n n Chop the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.n n Warm rice, add cilantro, lime zest and juice. Mix well.nn
