Every now and then we love to chow down on a good old fashioned all American "Hot Dog." This time we've a chosen andouille sausage and saurkraut combo on a jalapeno-cheddar cheese roll.
Ingredients
1. Lightly toast the rolls and reserve in warming oven.
2. Saute the raw andouille sausages. Remove them from the pan and reserve in the warm oven.
3. Add sauerkraut and some caraway seeds to the saute pan, lightly brown the sauerkraut and place with some Thousand Island salad dressing in the rolls.
4. Place the andouille sausage in the middle and then add some more dressing on the sausage.
