The other day I was in the shopping centre food court having dinner and I was looking around at all the menu boards of the various stores while I was eating and a great idea popped into my head. I noticed two yummy-looking images, one of KFC’s Popcorn Chicken and one of Karaage chicken with salad and rice from Hanaichi, the Japanese take-away store, and that’s when my brain went ding! and I had a little light bulb moment; why not combine two delicious foods by putting a Japanese spin on a classic KFC item and make Karaage Popcorn Chicken!
