I never imagined that one day I will be kneading dough for Stollen in my kitchen, or any other kitchen. I was a bit scared the first time, cause it seemed like a looo-t of work, but it turned out to be much easier than it seems. All the effort is totally worth it – this is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted… you know, bread-like dessert.
