200 ml Milk

150 gms Sugar

1/2 Tea Spoon Cardamom Powder

2 Eggs

n n Boil the Milk. Cool it , add the sugar and stir well.n n Add Eggs in the Milk.n n Whisk the mix and add Cardamom Powder.n n Filter the the mix and keep aside.n n Make Sugar Syrup heating sugar in little of water.n n Take small cups and add little Sugar Syrup in each it.n n Add the Filtered Milk mixture to the Sugar Syrup Cups.n n Now take a wide bowl and add some water to it. n n Place the Cups in the bowl and heat for 20-30 minutes on low flame.n n After done, keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.nn
