Ingredients

12 Cups of uncut Spinach Leaves

250 gms Oats

3 Medium Sized Carrots

2 Small potatoes

8 Garlic Pieces

1.5 Tea Spoon cut Ginger

1/2 Cup of Green Peas

Salt to Taste

1/4 spoon of Green Chilly Paste

Red Chilly Powder to Taste

2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil

600ml Water

Cooking Procedure

Cut peeled Carrots & unpeeled Potatoes and keep them aside.

Heat Olive Oil in a pan and add Garlic, Ginger, Carrot, Potatoes, Green Peas, Green Chilly Paste, Salt and Red Chilly Powder. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

Add Spinach leaves (without cutting) to the vegetables and cook further for another 5 minutes. Add water to the vegetables and get it to boil on low heat.

Add Oats to the mix and cook on low heat until water is absorbed and vegetables are cooked.

Take off the heat and serve hot.
