Ingredients

3 Medium Sized Beetroots

3 Medium Sized Potatoes

2 Medium Sized Onions chopped Vertically

7 Medium sized Dill bunches

8 crushed Garlic Pieces

1 tea spoon chopped Ginger

1 tea spoon Red Chilly Powder

1 tea spoon Black Pepper Powder

1 Lemon

3 Table Spoons of Olive Oil

Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure

n n Peel Beetroot, Potatoes and cut them into fine square shapesn n Clean Dill leaves & chopp them into small piecesn n Add Olive Oil generously in a wide cooking bowl and let it heat.n n Add chopped Onions, Garlic, Ginger and let them cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.n n Add Dill leaves to the Onion Mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.n n Add cut Beetroot, Potatoes, Red Chilly Powder, Black Pepper powder, Salt to it and mix well.n n Saute on low to medium heat until the vegetables are well cooked. Add Lemon juice and take off the heat.n n Goes well with White Rice.nn
