An easy and authentic Irish coffee recipe to make and enjoy at home.

Ingredients

1 ounce Irish whiskey

2 tsp demerara sugar

8 oz (1 cup) strong black coffee

ΒΌ cup lightly whipped cream

Cooking Procedure

n n In large glass, heat the glass by pouring hot water into it and swirl it around for about 30 seconds. Pour out water and add Irish whiskey and sugar to glass. Stir well to combine.n n Add coffee and stir well again to fully melt the sugar.n n Slowly pour cream onto upside down spoon to float on top of the coffee. Look at the beautiful thing you just created, then drink up!nn
