Kiwi and Raspberry Chia Pudding is naturally sweet and creamy. Make it ahead and keep it in the fridge for a quick and healthy snack anytime.

Ingredients

½ cup chia seeds

1½ cup coconut milk

1 cup frozen raspberries

¼ cup coconut milk

2 banana

1 cup spinach

2 kiwis

3 pieces of ice (or more)

2 tbsp coconut milk

Cooking Procedure

n n First, stir together the chia seeds and 1½ cups milk.n n Place in fridge for at least two hours to set. When set proceed with recipe.n n Place the chia pudding layer in the bottom of two glasses.n n For pink layer, mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. You want the mixture to be thick so the colors don't run together when you layer them in your glass.n n Gently pour the pink layer over top of chia layer.n n For green layer, mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender.n n Gently pour green layer on top of the pink layer.n n Top with sliced fruit.n n This makes two big servings or four small servings.n n If you need more sweetness add 1 tbsp maple syrup to one of the layers.nn
