It is an medium to spicy dish and can be made by basic ingredients found in every home kitchen.

Ingredients

Chicken: 500grams

ginger:30 grams

garlic:20 grams

chilli powder: 10 grams

garam masala:5 grams

curd:250 grams

green chillies: 4 nos's

fresh coriander: few springs

fried onion: 1nos

lemon:4nos

oil: 50 ml

salt: to taste

Cooking Procedure

n n Wash the chicken and drain in the stainer and keep it a side.n n Take a cooking pot put the chicken in it and mix all the ingredients in it and mill it well.n n heat the oil and fry the sliced onion fry it till it becomes golden brown and then mix it with the marinated chicken.n n Turn on the stove and put the pot on the stove and cover it with a lid and keep the flame in a low flame,because the chicken has to cook slowly that the chicken can get infused with the ingerdients.n n stir the chicken in regular intervals(dont stir it continuously because the chicken because the meat from the chicken will come out).n n check the chicken whether it is done, then take it out from the stove.n n Take a bowl or plate put the nicely cooked chicken into it and present it with some finely chop coriander and with slit chilles.nnn  nn  n
