When I’m craving a shrimp taco I’m looking for four things: 1. A great marinated shrimp 2. An acid- be it a pickled pepper (like here), a salsa, or a vinegar based slaw 3. Creaminess- a simple sour cream, a flavored crema or cheese 4. A great vessel to eat it in- a doubled up warm corn tortilla, a grilled flour tortilla, or a lettuce wrap. As long as your taco has those 4 things in any combination, you are good to go!
