About Recipe

Got the basis of this recipe from Food Network magazine, which I’m lucky enough to get for free from my awesome Grandma. This is the perfect weekday meal because it requires minimal prep and you just stick it in the oven and let it ride. The circulation of heat in the foil packets really infuses the flavor so the fish doesn't require marinating. It’s also ridiculously healthy.
