I love when nectarine season finally rolls around. I wish it lasted longer, but I try to take advantage by consuming as many as possible while they're available. The best nectarines I've ever had were from a stand on the side of the road we found close to our camp site on a camping trip a couple years ago. We grilled them on skewers with pineapple...and my mouth is watering. I would give my left pinky toe to have access to those nectarines year round. So if you pass one of those stands, make sure you stop and smell the nectarines.

peach spreadable fruit

apple cider vinegar

honey

pepper

lemon juice

nectarines

bourbon

peach brandy

red pepper flakes

Zest and juice from orange

Fresh rosemary leaves
