About Recipe

This was one of my first baking ventures. Pumpkin is one of my favorites, and the holidays is my favorite time of year (maybe because of the pumpkins? Or is it the presents...). It was a hit at the first Thanksgiving, and I've been making it annually ever since. If it wouldn't be considered a little strange to eat pumpkin cheesecake in the summer, I'd probably make it year round.
