Pourgouri Pilaf is a traditional Greek recipe straight out of the villages of Cyprus. Pourgouri is a delicious accompanment made from bulgur wheat and vermicelli noodles which is full flavoured, easy to make and goes with just about everything! Perfect with meats, fish, even mixed in with some roasted vegetables for a vegetarian option.
