This easy slow cooker chili combines chicken, white beans, fire roasted tomatoes and all of your favorite Mexican spices into a delicious, protein-packed dinner – perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

shredded chicken breast (such a rotisserie)

chicken broth - low sodium

ounce cans white beans (i.e. great northern or navy) - drained and rinsed

jar salsa verde

fire roasted diced tomatoes

onion - diced

chopped green chills

cumin

smoked paprika

dried oregano

cayenne - optional

salt and pepper

lime wedges, avocado, cilantro, scallions, plain yogurt (optional toppings)
